We are a proud family-owned business that began over 20 years ago, providing landscaping services for Clic Homes. What started as a small family operation has grown into a trusted company known for quality, reliability, and a personal touch.
With more than two decades of combined experience in both landscaping and homebuilding, our owners bring deep knowledge and dedication to every project. From high-end residential properties to large-scale commercial developments, we have the skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Meet Our Designers
Gary Monteer
For Gary Monteer, designing homes and landscapes isn’t just a profession — it’s the natural evolution of a lifetime spent building them. Since starting in construction in 1977, Gary has developed a deep respect for craftsmanship, structure, and the details that make a home truly enduring.
In 1988, he founded Monteer Construction, building and landscaping the first phase of homes at Traverse Mountain in Lehi, Utah. Years later, he launched Clic Homes in 2017, constructing custom residences throughout Salt Lake County before dedicating himself fully to architectural and landscape design. Along the way, twelve of his homes have been featured in the prestigious Parade of Homes.
Gary began drafting by hand in 1989 and embraced design software early on in 1992 — blending traditional discipline with modern tools. His decades of hands-on construction experience give him a unique perspective: every design must not only be beautiful, but thoughtfully engineered and confidently buildable.
Today, Gary works closely with clients to create refined architectural and landscape designs, offering detailed 2D plans, immersive 3D models, and photo-realistic renderings. His approach is personal and intentional — ensuring each home is distinctive, functional, and seamlessly connected to its surroundings.
Zach Monteer
With over 15 years of experience in construction and landscaping, Zach Monteer has built his career on hard work, leadership, and a passion for creating exceptional outdoor spaces. Having worked alongside his father at Monteer Construction and Clic Homes as a project manager, Zach developed a strong foundation in both craftsmanship and team leadership.
From high-end custom homes to large-scale residential and commercial projects, Zach brings hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence to every job. He loves being in the field with his team and believes in taking care of his people just as much as his clients. His goal is simple: help customers bring their landscape vision to life — and deliver results they’re proud of for years to come.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his family and making memories at Disney World and Universal Studios whenever he can.
